LT Time is awarded and allocations are made every December and June for the following semester. For example, the PATT+JMU TAG meeting for Semester 13B (starting July 2013) was held in May 2013 and allocations were made in June. The CAT TAG meets separately, usually somewhat earlier than the PATT+JMU TAG.
All time allocations are posted below, shortly after each TAG meeting. Successful applicants are also informed of their allocation by email. If a proposal is NOT listed then unfortunately no telescope time was awarded. Feedback from each TAG is emailed to the PI a month or so after the TAG meeting.
Finally, note that some proposals are awarded time that is spread over two (or more) semesters.
