Weather cleared; imminent return to operations

The blizzards that hit the summit on Jan 26th appear to have finally cleared after an unprecedented six weeks. Thick ice still remains on one of the hydraulic rams that open and close the clamshell enclosure, and we can't open until that melts. We expect it to clear soon however.
