The LT's weather mast which enables the robotic control system to determine observing conditions. Mounted on the mast are (top-to-bottom): the Boltwood Cloud Sensor; the three-pronged ultrasonic wind speed and direction sensor; the pyranometer for detecting ambient light; the temperature and humidity sensor; the wetness/precipitation sensor, and at bottom the external webcam.© 2006 J.
